StudyTime is a personal productivity tool. It is not legal, academic, or professional advice.

App license

If you obtain StudyTime through the Mac App Store, your license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store terms that apply to your purchase.

Your data

You control the information you enter. Because StudyTime stores data locally, you are responsible for making backups you want to keep and for protecting exported files.

Acceptable use

You may use StudyTime for lawful personal purposes and may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where law permits.

Availability and warranties

We work to make StudyTime reliable, but software can contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” without additional warranties. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may change with a future app or website update. The effective date above identifies the current version.
